Description
The production of vermouth begins with the addition of a first infusion composed exclusively of high mountain plants, characterized by small roots and very aromatic flowers. The vermouth will assimilate these aromas while it remains in total rest for the next two years in wooden casks.
FFFinished the aging, a second formula of botanicals is added, a combination of bark and roots of plants peculiar to our environment that provide more forcefulness and bitter profile.
