Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
The NV Isabela is a Cream Sherry produced as a blend of Oloroso made with Palomino and Pedro Ximénez at 17.5% alcohol and some 120 grams of residual sugar. It’s a dark mahogany color with a nose of incense, spices, dates and raisins and a very sweet palate with flavors of sugar cane that are a little roasted.
