Description

Radix Rosé by the Parés Baltà winery is a single varietal wine made from Syrah grapes, which is classified as an aromatic rosé wine that, due to its attributes, is able to conquer any palate that likes to go beyond the classics.
It is classified as a rosé wine with the soul of a red, as it is a wine with character, elegance and very well structured.

Winemaking

The Radix Rosé wine of the Parés Baltà winery is made with the Syrah grape variety from the Els Pujols estate, where it is guaranteed that all stages of cultivation are carried out using organic and biodynamic techniques.
The vinification process begins with cold maceration of the fruit for a maximum period of 6 hours, in order to extract the maximum aromas and colour from the must.
After that, it undergoes a fermentation phase at 16ºC for a period of 5 weeks in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Taste

Parés Baltà Radix Rosé has an intense cherry colour that stands out for its brilliance. In terms of aromas, the tendency towards red and black fruits with sweet tones is very characteristic.
On the palate, you can notice a powerful, ample flavour with a very balanced acidity and a subtle, long-lasting finish, where you will be able to notice the faint presence of tannins.

A sweet wine

Parés Baltà Radix Rosé is a rosé wine that is different from other wines of this winery because of its sweet and vibrant character. Two very particular characteristics for a rosé wine. It is ideal to pair with white meats and blue fish.
