Nada Cristal 2022

Description

Nada Cristal is a young rosé wine produced by the Vandal Wine winery. This wine has been created from a blend of 20% Grenache and 80% Macabeo grapes from vineyards planted with an average age of more than 30 years old.
At a gastronomic level it is the ideal accompaniment for blue fish dishes and sushi and on special occasions such as a romantic dinner.

Elaboration

This wine is the result of a careful process of manual harvesting of two varieties of grapes. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, with yeasts from the vineyard and the winery, without sulphites at any stage of the process, without stabilising except with the help of the cold of winter in the area.
Finally, when the wine is finished, it is bottled unfiltered.

Taste

Nada Cristal stands out for its slightly floral, fruity and citric character, with acidic taste sensations.

A young wine where the varietal character is respected.

It is an original wine from Calce in the Languedoc Roussillon region in the south of France. It is a rosé wine, fresh, light and vibrant, made with the minimum possible intervention in the cellar, with the fruity aromas typical of wine made with traditional farming methods.
