Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
Disgorged in July 2018, Drappier’s NV Brut Nature Pinot Noir Zero Dosage André et Michel offers up attractive aromas of crisp golden orchard fruit, honeycomb and warm biscuits. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, vinous and chalky, with racy acids, good depth at the core and a dry, mineral finish. As usual, this is a very nicely balanced bottling and fine value, too.
