Winemaking
Fermented in oak barrels (15%) and stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle with a minimum ageing of 6 years.
Description
The bubbly elegance and the intensity of its reddish colour are elements that define this delicious and incomparable wine. For the brothers Vincent and Maud, passion goes beyond the barriers of time, because for them what is really important is what they transmit to their creations, which is nothing more than the value of tradition and terroir.
In the locality of Treslon, specifically in the Garenne and Ricordaines plots, is where the Meunier grows and from where this fresh and wonderful rosé champagne is born. Perhaps a little shy at first, both on the nose and on the palate, but undoubtedly with a flavour that denotes all the exquisiteness and balance of the red fruits and its generous vinosity.
Winemaking
It is based on a coupage elaborated with two different harvests and with a selection of clusters in a traditional way and by hand. It is vinified 15% in barrels and 85% in stainless steel tanks for ageing on its lees for 6 to 7 years.
Taste
From an intense pink, coppery colour to slow, delicate bubbles that form a fine cordon. Fine and discreet nose, somewhat shy, so decanting is recommended to discover the exquisite aroma of ripe red fruits.
On the palate, excellence presents itself austere of springs, after decanting it reveals its pleasant sapidity and generous vinosity.
A captivating wine
Capable of captivating the palate of those who taste it, thanks to its hints of red fruits, which provide a pleasant and fresh sensation. It is ideal for pairing with white meats and fish and desserts made with different types of fruit.
