Description
Wine is an ancient drink that has been enjoyed by cultures all over the world. From the classic red wine to the more exotic whites and rosés, each has its own flavour and personality.
Today we will focus on Coruña del Conde BCDC Pink, a rosé wine made with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in Ribera del Duero. This region is known for its excellent climate and soils, which give the grapes unique characteristics.
Winemaking
This wine is made using the «sangrado» method. After the grapes are harvested, they are gently pressed to obtain the must, which is macerated with the skins for a few hours to acquire the colour and aromas characteristic of rosé wines. The must is then fermented at a low temperature to preserve the aromas and flavours.
Taste
It is a fresh and fruity rosé wine, with an intense aroma of red fruits. In the mouth, its balanced acidity and fruity flavour make it very pleasant on the palate. It has a long and persistent finish, which invites you to continue tasting this wine.
A rosé wine to discover
Its fruity flavour makes it particularly suitable for pairing with dishes with fruity notes, such as fruit salads, smoked salmon with cream cheese, fish or seafood ceviches and red fruit-based desserts.
If you are looking for a different rosé wine with personality, Coruña del Conde BCDC Pink is an excellent choice. Its careful elaboration and its fruity taste make it perfect to enjoy in any occasion, either alone or in the company of friends or family.
Dare to try it and discover for yourself the wonders of this rosé wine from Ribera del Duero.
