Clos Lentiscus Pet Nat Gentlemant Xarel.lo is a sparkling white wine produced by the Clos Lentiscus winery in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona.
This wine has been crafted from grapes that come from vineyards planted on calcareous soils and have been cultivated under the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. This wine is made using the ancestral method, with fermentation starting in the tank and finishing in the bottle. The pressing is direct.
The fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the end of fermentation is in the bottle.
Finally, it is left to age for 36 months on its fine lees. In addition, this wine is gently filtered to maintain its maximum expression.
